  • SINGLE ORIGIN

    A single origin refers to coffee that has not been blended. The package contains either whole beans or pre-ground coffee. You will find the country of origin in the description. Each origin has its unique taste, influenced by environmental conditions such as altitude, soil composition, wind, and sun exposure.

  • BLENDS

    A coffee blend is a mixture of coffee beans form two or more origins or types. All our coffee blends are medium-dark roast.

  • FLAVORED

    All of our flavored coffees begin as specialty-grade single-origin coffee, roasted in small batches to a smooth medium roast. Our coffee is flavored immediately after the roasting process, while the beans are still warm. This assures the perfect taste.

The impact of the grind

  • ESPRESSO

    If you prefer strong coffee, use fine ground beans - with us it's the espresso grind.

  • STANDARD

    Caffe lungo or American coffee is brewed with standard ground coffee.

  • COARSE

    If the grind is too coarse, the coffee can be weak and less flavorful. As Italians we do not offer weak coffee.

How long can coffee be stored?

  • PANTRY

    Unopened | Sealed Package:

    Ground Coffee: 3 - 5 months

    Whole Bean Coffee: 6 - 9 months

    Opened Package:

    Ground Coffee: 3 - 5 months

    Whole Bean Coffee: 6 months

  • FREEZER

    Unopened | Sealed Package:

    Ground Coffee: 1 - 2 years

    Whole Bean Coffee: 2 - 3 years

    Opened Package:

    Ground Coffee: 3 - 5 months

    Whole Bean Coffee: 2 years

  • EXTEND THE SHELF-LIFE

    1. If you want to keep your coffee longer, you can put it in the freezer immediately after
      use.
    2. Storing coffee in the freezer does not freeze the coffee, so it is always ready for use. Whole beans keep their aroma longer than ground coffee does.
    3. However, even if you drink coffee after the expiry of the shelf-life, it will not harm you. You will notice that the wonderful coffee scent is gone, and the coffee will have lost most of its flavor.

    If you order whole beans, they are shipped on the same they as they are roasted.

  • TIMELINE FLAVORED COFFEE

    For flavored coffee, the beans are flavored while they are still warm.

  • TIMELINE GROUND COFFEE

    If you order ground coffee, the grinding will happen the day after we roasted your coffee, and ship immediately.
