Return Policy

  • When Will My Order Be Shipped?

    We provide the freshest coffee you can order online. Since we roast and grind coffee only when after you have placed your order, it will take 1 to 5 business days until it is ready for shipment

    We ship by USPS, and it will take 1 – 5 business days until
    your coffee arrives at your home.

  • Can I Return My Caffee?

    If you received the wrong sort or the wrong grind, please
    let us know immediately within 7 days upon arrival of your package.

     

    Please attach a picture of the label, to help us identify
    the mistake.

     

    DO NOT retunr the coffee as it would be a waste. We will have to discard returned coffee.

  • What If my Order Arrives Damaged?

    At Caffè Ciao we prepare every shipment with greatest care. 

    In case the parcel arrives open or
    damaged, please follow these steps:

    1. Take a picture of the damaged parcel. The picture must show the condition the coffee.
    2. Email us the picture along with the invoice you received with your order confirmation. This will help us to find your order quickly.
    3. Once we confirm the receipt, we will replace your order immediately.

    Please note, that we cannot accept claims that are reported later than 7 upon the delivery date.
